About the opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing Development team delivering critical infrastructure that shapes growing communities.
As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role across the full lifecycle of development, from planning and design through to construction, ensuring high-quality, sustainable outcomes.

You will make an impact by
Leading the Development (Engineering & Landscape) team to deliver quality outcomes across subdivision and development projects
Providing expert engineering advice on development approvals, drainage, access, and landscape assessments
Collaborating with internal teams, developers and consultants to resolve complex technical issues




Overseeing assessment and approval of engineering designs and ensuring compliance with standards and legislation
Driving a customer-focused, high-performing and continuous improvement culture within the team
What you will bring
Registered Professional Engineer under the Professional Engineers Registration Act ****
Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with substantial experience in subdivision and development engineering
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, supervise and develop engineers and technical staff
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience in development approvals, including drainage, civil works and landscape assessments
Sound knowledge of planning schemes, standards, and relevant Local Government legislation
Ability to make informed decisions independently and manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
