Order Processing & Product Support Officer
.
This is a hands-on role supporting our online operations through order processing, product preparation, product rework, quality control, stock accuracy and general operational support activities.
Our products are generally small and lightweight, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, product-focused work and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Multiple casual positions are available, with opportunities for permanent part-time or full-time employment for the right candidates.
More Than Just Order Fulfillment
While online order processing is a key part of this role, there is much more to it than simply picking and packing orders.
As an
Order Processing & Product Support Officer
, you'll be involved in a variety of activities that help keep our online operation running smoothly.
Alongside processing and dispatching online customer orders, you'll assist with product preparation, ticketing, product rework, quality checks, stock accuracy activities and other operational tasks that support the business behind the scenes.
From time to time, you may also assist with store order processing during peak periods or as operational requirements dictate.
This is a hands-on role that offers variety from day to day and the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of our products, systems and distribution operations.
It's well suited to someone who enjoys detailed,



product-focused work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be involved in more than just picking and packing orders.
What You'll Be Doing
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure orders are processed within required service timeframes.
Verify product accuracy prior to dispatch.
Prepare shipping labels and associated documentation.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and attention to detail.
Product Preparation & Rework
Apply and replace product tickets, labels and packaging.
Prepare products for online sale and promotional activities.
Undertake product rework and stock improvement projects.
Conduct product quality checks and investigations.
Assist with maintaining product presentation standards.
Operational Support
Assist with stock accuracy activities and stock counts.
Support inventory investigations and product-related projects.
Maintain a clean, organised and protected work environment.
Assist with general distribution centre duties as required.
About You

Can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Is reliable, organised and self-motivated.




Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Is comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Is willing to assist across a variety of operational activities.
Previous experience in online fulfillment, order processing, retail operations, product handling, inventory management or warehouse support will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Essential Requirements
Availability Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on operational requirements).
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and literacy skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to undertake general warehouse and operational duties.
Physically capable of lifting and moving cartons when required.
Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
