About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation, and supporting operational teams in achieving the highest standards of workplace safety.
This position requires a hands-on professional who can provide practical guidance, conduct audits and inspections, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Advise management and employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits,



and risk assessments.
Monitor compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Support the development and implementation of HSE management systems.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in emergency preparedness planning and response activities.
Promote a positive safety culture and employee engagement.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as required.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Environment role.
A recognised HSE qualification
Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
The ability to influence and promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Confidence in providing practical HSE advice and guidance to operational teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
