Previous industry experience isn't essential.

You'll work alongside our experienced Property Management team, gaining valuable hands-on experience while receiving mentoring, training, and ongoing support.

About the Role
As our Junior/Trainee Property Manager, you'll support our Property Management team with a variety of day-to-day tasks while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with routine, ingoing and vacate inspections.
Conduct open homes.
Support the Property Management team with administrative tasks.
Learn property management systems, legislation and procedures.
Develop strong communication skills with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Assist with preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Shadow experienced Property Managers and gain practical industry experience.
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Raine & Horne Darwin brand.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:




Is genuinely passionate about building a long-term career in real estate.
Has the ambition to become a Property Manager and future industry leader.
Has completed a real estate pathway through Year 12, is currently studying real estate independently, or is willing to commence their Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Holds an Interim Licence (desirable but not essential).
Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work.
Has excellent communication and people skills.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Holds a current driver's licence.
