Senior Physiotherapist — Part Time (Paediatrics Focus) | Phillip ACT Join a friendly, family-oriented allied health practice in Phillip ACT **** as a Senior Physiotherapist on a part-time basis.

Role Overview This senior-level, part time position operates on a % on billings pay model and offers flexible start timeframes.
You will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services primarily to paediatric clients, working alongside allied health colleagues to support holistic outcomes.
Duties will include assessment, treatment planning, family education, and reporting, with opportunities to shape service delivery and contribute to practice development.

Start timeframe: Flexible Business Type: Allied Health Practice Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive paediatric physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based interventions across motor development, neuromuscular conditions, and paediatric musculoskeletal issues.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and administrative staff to coordinate care and support family-centred goals.
Provide clear education and coaching to families, carers, and schools to promote functional participation and independence.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, outcome measurement, and reporting in line with professional standards.
Contribute to service improvement, mentoring junior staff, and participating in team meetings and professional development.
Essential Criteria Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Australian citizen or permanent resident with right to work in Australia.
Senior-level clinical experience, preferably with a paediatric caseload.
Strong communication skills, family-centred approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
