One-Multi is a multi-trade company and leading provider of integrated asset-management and maintenance services throughout Western Australia.
We are seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumbers to join our Perth team.
This Is a Strata and Commercial Maintenance Role
This position is specifically focused on quick-paced strata and commercial maintenance.
It is not construction plumbing.
Our plumbers generally attend several different jobs each day across multiple properties.
You must be experienced and comfortable with:
Managing several scheduled and reactive jobs each day.
Diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately.
Working in occupied strata and commercial buildings.
Communicating professionally with residents, building managers, strata managers and our office.
Completing clear job notes, photographs and recommendations after every attendance.
Identifying further works and providing accurate information for quotations.
Working independently while keeping the office informed of progress and changes.
Moving efficiently between jobs while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Applicants must have previous experience working at this pace within strata, commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance or a similar service-based environment.
Candidates whose experience is primarily construction, new builds or long-term project work should understand that this role operates very differently.
What You'll Be Doing




You will carry out reactive and scheduled plumbing maintenance across Perth metropolitan properties, including:
Strata apartment complexes.
Commercial buildings.
Airports.
Hotels.
Aged-care facilities.
Education facilities.
Hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Common-property plumbing systems.
Leak investigations and fault finding.
General plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Preventative maintenance and compliance work.
Small remedial projects.

What You'll Bring
Demonstrated commercial or strata maintenance plumbing experience.
Experience completing several service jobs each day.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence.
Current WA driver's licence.
Construction White Card.
Working at Heights certification completed within the past two years.
Confined Space certification completed within the past two years.
EWP ticket completed within the past two years.
WA Gasfitting Permit is desirable but not essential.
Clear written job-reporting and photographic-documentation skills.
Professional communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time and respond to changing priorities.
