Following our established success in Victoria, we are now officially launching our practitioner-led model into the
Western Australia
market.
Our goal is simple: to help people build calm, confident, and connected lives through understanding, empathy, and practical strategies that actually work.
We are seeking a
Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP)
already registered at
Core level or above
to lead our growth in the Greater Perth region.
This is a mobile outreach role offering high levels of flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of an emerging team in the West.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 specialist support to NDIS participants in their natural environments.
Develop evidence-based, person-centred Behaviour Support Plans.
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) with high clinical integrity.
Collaborate closely with families, schools, and support networks to implement neuro-affirming strategies.
Requirements
NDIS Registration:
Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (
Core level or above
).
Worker Screening:
A valid
NDIS Worker Screening Check
(Cleared status).
Working with Children:
A valid
WA Working with Children Check (WWCC)
.
Insurance:
Current
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
(minimum $10M / $20M).
Logistics:
ABN, valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle for mobile outreach across the Greater Perth area.
Education:
Qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Education, or a related field (Minimum Diploma level required).
Experience:
Demonstrated experience supporting people with disability, neurodivergence, or mental health needs.
