Indeko Studio has set the benchmark for luxury window furnishings in Perth, with two beautifully designed showrooms in Osborne Park and Claremont.
Our design team works with interior designers, architects, luxury builders and discerning homeowners on some of the city's most considered projects.
We are looking for a Design Consultant to work directly alongside our Head of Design, Projects & Marketing.
This is the role that makes every project actually happen: precise quoting, accurate measures, flawless documentation and seamless coordination from consultation through to installation.
This role sits at the heart of a design-led studio.
You will work with beautiful product every day, attend consultations alongside our Head of Design, and be supported with ongoing product and design training.
The craft of the role itself is precision, and it is a craft we value and develop in its own right.
It suits someone who loves detail, systems and numbers as much as the design that surrounds them, and who takes real satisfaction in being the person a project cannot happen without.
The Role
Attend client design consultations, site meetings and trade appointments alongside the Head of Design, preparing samples, materials and presentations in advance.
Prepare accurate, detailed quotes from consultation outcomes and design briefs.
Accuracy is the core of this role.
Organise and attend site measures, documenting measurements, installation notes and site requirements with precision.
Place and manage product orders for confirmed projects, checking every measurement and detail before submission.
Maintain project documentation, client records and correspondence in our CRM and quoting systems to exacting standards.
Manage the design team's sample library and coordinate samples for client projects.
Liaise professionally with clients, trades and builders across the full project lifecycle.

Salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation depending on experience, ongoing product and supplier training, and a clear path within a growing, family-owned business.
About You
Exceptional with numbers and measurements.
Millimetres matter here, and you like it that way.
University qualifications in Architecture, Architectural Interior Design, Project Management, drafting, estimating or a similar detail-driven discipline are highly regarded.
The people who excel in our team share that training in precision, spatial thinking and documentation, and it is the aptitude those studies demonstrate that matters most.
Genuinely solid with IT and quick to master new systems: CRM, quoting software, spreadsheets and iPad-based workflows.
Highly organised, agile and self-managing, comfortable running multiple projects and switching between them cleanly.
A careful communicator who keeps clients, trades and the team informed without being chased.
An interest in interiors, fabric and premium product is welcome, and experience in window furnishings, project coordination, drafting or estimating is a plus, but aptitude matters most.
We will train the right person on our product and systems.
Current Australian driver's licence.
