About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
Inspire and guide children through meaningful learning experiences.
Support the implementation of our Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
Lead by example and mentor fellow educators within the room.
Build solid relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
Create a safe, engaging,



and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
(or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
A current
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
or willingness to obtain one.
Current
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
(or willingness to obtain).
Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing young minds.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
