What's the role?
We are looking for an experienced & locally-based Leading Hand Driver to join the well-established Qube Bulk team in Geraldton.
This position forms an integral part of the Midwest Haulage & Logistics team, a successful applicant will primarily be participating in the operations to & from Geraldton and the Lynton GMA mine site.

Roster – 4/4/4 (4 days, 4 nights, 4 days off)

Qualifications and Experience
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
Current HR License or higher
Current High-Risk Forklift Ticket
MUST hold current WA Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certification
Current Front-End Loader ticket –




or ability to obtain (highly regarded)
Minimum 2+ years prior working experience in a Leading Hand position or similar
Minimum 2+ years prior working experience within the mining, heavy diesel maintenance or transport industry
Capability to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results
An understanding of safety & compliance practices and regulations within the industry, including an understanding of the chain of responsibility
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate with a variety of people
Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
Ability to be flexible & adaptable to work in a demanding environment
National Police Clearance – dated within 12 months of application
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Valuable mechanical aptitude
