Role Purpose
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from manufacture through to site installation, commissioning and completion — coordinating the workshop, subcontractors, and the Commissioning Manager's crew, managing project cost and schedule, and acting as the primary client contact for progress and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Oversight
• Oversee all equipment to be manufactured in the workshop for the project — ensuring parts are ordered, production scheduled, personnel allocated, and QA/QC and necessary testing completed, in conjunction with the Workshop Manager
• Track manufacturing progress against schedule and budget, escalating material, resourcing or lead-time risks that could affect dispatch dates
• Prepare and maintain spare parts lists for manufactured equipment
Site Installation & Commissioning Oversight
• Oversee all equipment to be installed — ensuring parts are ordered, scheduling confirmed, personnel allocated, and QA/QC and necessary testing completed, liaising with the workshop to ensure items are ready for site
• Organise subcontractors for site works and commissioning as nominated by the design team
• Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager on crew allocation, site scheduling and equipment readiness
Client & Commercial Management
• Attend client meetings and act as the primary point of contact for project progress, covering both manufacturing and site delivery
• Advise clients of manufacturing and installation schedules and manage expectations around delivery and site access
• Provide Project Admin with details of purchase orders relating to equipment manufacture and site install




• Update the summary of in-scope and out-of-scope works and submit to Finance
• Work with Admin to organise transport of equipment to site and metro freight
• Send through the Post-Project Completion Document for the client to provide feedback on Greenlands' performance
Documentation & Compliance
• Collect manufacturing and installation documentation for the Manufacturer's Data Record (MDR), including FAT records, weld sheets, test certificates and bore install logs
• Maintain document control, including curation of revisions and submission via client platforms
• Collate MDR information ahead of client submission
• Chair or contribute to project kick-off and handover meetings, ensuring the Commissioning Manager and workshop have full project scope and site-access information
• Track overall project budget and schedule against the original quote/contract, escalating variations for approval
• Identify and manage project risks (supply chain, access, weather, client approvals) across both manufacturing and site delivery
• Contribute manufacturing and installation lead-time and cost input during the estimating and contract review stages of new projects
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance across the project
• Lead the post-project performance review and capture lessons learned for future projects
Skills & Experience
• Able to demonstrate the successful delivery of multi-million dollar projects, delivering field-based, manufacturing, or construction/resources sector projects
• Comfortable owning budget, schedule and client relationship accountability across both workshop manufacturing and site delivery
• Strong coordination skills across workshop, commissioning, subcontractor and client stakeholders
• Experience with MDR compilation, document control and QA/QC processes
• Willingness to travel to site as required
• Computer and software literate
• Experienced in managing site crews and remote workers
