and reporting to VAE's Regional Manager - NT, you will lead a team of Service Technicians ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to standard; while managing customer relationships to support the growth of VAE's portfolio in the Top End.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
Review quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation
Monitor labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
Partner with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement

You will also bring:
Experience within HVAC (preferred),



mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
Strong interest in developing team members
Competent project management skills
Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship skills
Excellent time management, organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
