About the Role
This is much more than standing behind a trade counter.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for our customers by:
· Assisting customers over the counter
· Processing sales orders
· Building long-term customer relationships
· Working with our trade counter staff, warehouse, internal sales and workshop teams
· Learning our products and becoming an industry expert.
About you
You'll fit in well if you:
· Have experience in industrial hose & fittings (preferred but not essential)
· Enjoy talking to customers
· Can stay organised when things get busy
· Have good computer skills
· Like working in a close-knit team
· Have initiative and enjoy solving problems
· Take pride in providing outstanding customer service
