Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced
Draftsperson / Designer
to join their
boutique team
, working alongside an established Draftsperson.
This is a varied role with a strong mix of both design and technical drafting.
The Role
Design bespoke custom homes to suit client briefs
Produce concept plans and full working drawings using ArchiCAD
Meet with clients and manage design amendments
Work closely with the design and construction teams throughout pre-construction

About You
Previous experience with a custom or boutique residential builder
Robust ArchiCAD skills with experience producing working drawings
Confident meeting with clients and developing custom home designs
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
