About the Role
Our company is seeking a part time Staff Development Nurse to assist with supporting our care team and clients in their homes.




This unique opportunity will allow you to put your wealth of experience and knowledge into a mentor style role.
Job description would include and not be limited to:
Hybrid community and office-based role
Regular involvement with clients in their homes
Conducting clinical training to our support team
Completion of client specific Nursing Care Plans
Clinical sign off for staff competency
Attending clinical shifts in the community if required
Assisting with onboarding of new clients
Providing clinical expertise at both client and stakeholder meetings
Key competencies we are looking for include:
Clinical educator experience
Tracheostomy and Ventilator management
Enteral feeding, Seizure management, Bladder and Bowel care
Experience with both Spinal Cord Injury and other Neurological conditions
Community based complex care experience
