About the role
JAD Enterprises is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our team on a full time basis at our Landsdale, WA location.
As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in Emergency vehicles, including full vehicle fitouts and Air Conditioning repairs.
This is a hands-on role that plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive high-quality service and that their vehicles are safe and reliable.
You will work with EWS diagnostic equipment and be expected to stay current with evolving automotive electrical technology.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose EWS electrical faults in vehicles using diagnostic equipment and testing tools
Repair and replace faulty electrical components, including starters, alternators, batteries, and wiring harnesses
Install and maintain vehicle electrical systems, including lighting, ignition systems, and accessories
Test electrical systems and components to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
Full vehicle EWS Fitouts including Air Conditioning
Document all work completed, including parts used and labour hours, maintaining accurate service records
Work safely in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Collaborate with other technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient service delivery
What we're looking for
A recognised Auto Electrician qualification or equivalent trade certification
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in automotive electrical work post qualification
Air Conditioning Ticket
Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic procedures
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and testing tools commonly used in the automotive industry
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A valid WA drivers license
Must be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Working Rights in Australia with no restrictions,

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
You must be able to pass the WAPOL Integrity Check which will be submitted by JAD Enterprises if you are a successfull applicant.
