Payroll Officer
to join our Subiaco team
part-time
and keep our fortnightly payroll running smoothly.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our team at WA PCYC!
At WA PCYC, we are passionate about empowering young people and building safer, stronger communities across Western Australia.
We do this from our 16 Centres located up north in Kununurra all the way down to Albany through various programs including, Gymnastics and other recreational activities, Out of School Hours Care, and community-driven programs such as safeSPACETM and Blue Light WA®.
About the Role:
Every fortnight, you will play an important role in ensuring our team members are paid accurately and on time.
While you won't be delivering any youth programs directly, your work will support the people who do.
Responsibilities include:
Processing end-to-end payroll with accuracy and attention to detail.
Responding to payroll queries with a friendly and helpful approach to all Centres and departments.
Maintaining employee records and payroll documentation.
Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance requirements
What you'll bring:
Previous payroll experience - experience with the SCHADS, Children's Services and Fitness Industry Awards is highly regarded.
Experience with Oracle and Netsuite is highly desirable.
A love of organisation,
problem-solving, with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and has a people-first approach.
A current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6-months), or willingness to obtain.
