Escapes Junior Property Manager
Belle Property Escapes Snowy Mountains is a premium holiday accommodation agency within the region's leading real estate business, Belle Property Snowy Mountains.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Escapes Junior Property Manager.
The position is full-time and is based in our Thredbo and Jindabyne offices.
37.5 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Respond to guest enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional and helpful manner.
Provide guests with accurate property details, check-in/out information and local insights.
Assist with any in-stay concerns or requests, ensuring efficient and empathetic resolution.
Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to confirm cleanliness, presentation and readiness.
Take note of any maintenance issues, property damage or missing items and report accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention
Support managers with guiding new owners through the onboarding process, including pricing, compliance and service expectations
Support managers with providing regular performance reports and advice to help owners optimise their property's success
Maintain a checklist of standard inclusions per property and verify compliance during inspections ie: signage for pool, BBQ, fire requirements etc.
Communicate issues clearly and promptly to the Holiday Managers using internal reporting tools or systems.
Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance guest satisfaction or operational efficiency.
Track recurring property issues and assist in developing long-term solutions.
Key requirements:
· Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
· Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of starting with the business)
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
· Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal environment
