We're seeking a passionate paediatric Occupational Therapist to support children aged 0–12 years with sensory integration challenges, developmental delays, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, social-emotional needs, and the impact of trauma.
This role is clinic-based with access to an in-house purpose-built therapy gym, whilst offering flexibility for remote work.
You'll deliver assessments, individualised therapy, and early intervention services, working closely with children and families to support developmental goals and daily living skills.
You will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary Allied Health team to deliver coordinated, family centred care and achieve the best outcomes for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children aged 0 to 12 years with a range of developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Deliver evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive therapy services that support children's participation, regulation, and functional independence.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote optimal outcomes for each child.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and progress notes.
Contribute to the development of therapy programs, and review of clinical policies,



procedures and processes to support best practice.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Schedule appointments and manage service level agreements in collaboration with families and other team members.
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current professional registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience working with children with trauma backgrounds, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, and/or emotional regulation challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals
Solid understanding of trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practices
Relevant certifications and clearances including current CPR and First Aid certificates, valid NSW Working with Children check and willingness to undergo a National Police check.
Desirable
Training in DIR/Floortime, sensory integration, or other relevant approaches
Experience with clinic-based therapy and suspended equipment
Experience running social-emotional, regulation-based or school readiness groups
