Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced
Senior Plumbing Estimator
to join our team.
About the Role
This is a senior position responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a diverse range of projects.
You'll work closely with management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure profitable work while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
Conduct site inspections when required
Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
Liaise with clients during the tender process
Assist with project handovers to operations
Contribute to business development and identifying new opportunities
About You
Minimum 5 years experience estimating plumbing projects
Solid knowledge of mining, industrial, commercial and domestic plumbing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Australian plumbing trade qualification (preferred)
