We are looking for a creative and organised
Marketing & Digital Operations Coordinator
to manage marketing activities across four hospitality and retail businesses.
This role is suitable for someone who can manage social media, delivery-platform accounts, promotional materials, performance reporting and marketing campaigns for both existing and newly opening businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business profiles.
Create and schedule posts, stories, videos and promotions.
Manage Uber Eats and other delivery-platform accounts.
Update menus, prices, photos, opening hours and promotions.
Review online sales, customer feedback and platform performance.
Design flyers, pamphlets, posters, menus and digital advertisements.
Develop monthly marketing plans for each business.
Plan and manage new-business opening campaigns.
Coordinate photography, videos, influencers and local partnerships.
Manage paid advertising through Meta and Google.
Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports.
Ensure branding and business information remain consistent across all platforms.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media.
Experience managing multiple business accounts.




Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Canva.
Experience with Uber Eats or other food-delivery platforms is preferred.
Ability to understand sales and marketing statistics.
Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Hospitality, restaurant, café or retail experience is highly desirable.
Employment Details
Permanent part-time position.
Approximately ***** hours per week.
Flexible working days may be available.
Some travel between business locations will be required.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events and new-business openings.
Salary will depend on experience, plus superannuation.
