What You'll Be Doing
Conduct routine property inspections
, ensuring homes are well-maintained and documenting any issues.
Take clear, detailed photos
to support your inspection reports.
Drive between multiple properties
each day—this is a big part of the role, so you'll need to enjoy being on the road.
Pick up and return keys
from client offices.
What We're Looking For
Dependable and reliable
– We need someone who takes responsibility for their schedule and completes inspections on time.
Experience in property inspections
, property management or residential leasing is essential.
Strong
attention to detail
– you'll need to spot and document issues accurately.
A friendly, professional approach
with great communication skills.
Experience using property inspection software
and technology.
Must have
: a can-do attitude, a reliable car and iPhone.
Willing to obtain a Police Check.
