About the Roles
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our growing team and contribute to a diverse range of exciting Industrial and Commercial projects across the Perth metro.
Working collaboratively with our project teams, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional client service.
What Managing a QDC Site Looks Like:
Ensuring protected supervision of all onsite construction activities across our D&C; projects
Leading regular
toolbox talks, site inductions, daily site checks
and
monitoring high risk
works
Assist with input to
design for constructability
and
project innovation
Coordinate
resourcing and scheduling
of multi-disciplinary subcontractors at all stages of the project, comfortable managing multiple work fronts simultaneously
Collaborate closely with the project team while also working
independently
to delegate and direct site activities,
ensuring timely and cost-effective
project delivery
Adaptable to new software and site management applications (
Procore
)
Active
problem-solving
and
creative solutions
orientation is essential
Promote strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team
Who We're Looking For:
Site Supervisor
: Minimum
3+ years
of experience,



with a solid trade or engineering background
Experience managing/supervising
D&C; projects
, preferably in an industrial and commercial sector - value up to $70M+
Knowledge of
Australian Building Codes
and
Safety Standards
Safety leadership focussing on behaviours and buy-in from all
Strong expertise in civil, concrete, and structural works
A problem-solver who leads and influences teams, and delivers high-quality projects
Willingness to adapt and challenge the status quo
