Veggie & Flower Garden Seeds is a small family business but is still one of Australia's leading online seed retailers.
We have a wide range of products but specialise in flower seeds.
The packing arm of our business is
very busy
with a focus on getting orders out the door to customers as quickly as possible.
Duties
Pack & fulfill e-commerce orders
Pack & sort seeds by hand and by machine
Other general inventory and office related tasks
Skills Required
Basic computer and printing skills
Ability to work in a busy workplace, meeting deadlines.
A knowledge of e-commerce is preferable but certainly not required
A general knowledge or interest in horticulture
Able to work in a team, easy going and have a sense of humor
Important to have a strong attention to detail
Tea drinking and biscuit eating
Culture
We are proud of our team at VFGS and the culture we have created.
We have a warm, fun but
bustling
workplace, but we don't need much of an excuse for a morning tea.
Must also like dogs!
Role Duration & Hours
Casual spring and summer role 3-4 days a week with the possibility the role could be extended.
