About the chance
We are seeking a motivated Revenue Administrative Officer to support our Patient Billing team.
In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative and customer service support, playing a key part in revenue generation and collection services while ensuring efficient office operations and excellent stakeholder support.
What you'll do:
Deliver day-to-day administrative and revenue support functions for Patient Billing
Provide effective and responsive customer service, resolving enquiries with care
Assist with documentation, and information management
Support senior officers and contribute to quality improvement activities
