Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint both an
Estimator
and a
Scheduler
to join their high-performing residential construction team.
What We're Looking For
For the
Estimator
, you'll ideally have:
Relevant construction qualifications.
Minimum 3 years' residential estimating experience within the WA market.
Experience estimating double-storey homes.
Solid take-off and costing experience.
For the
Scheduler
, you'll ideally have:
Previous Scheduling experience within the WA residential construction industry.




Strong understanding of residential construction processes, ideally including double-storey homes.
Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
For both roles, you'll be a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for residential construction.
