We are seeking an experienced Certificate III Educator or a Diploma- qualified Senior Educator to join our dedicated team.

As a qualified and experienced Early Childhood qualified Certificate III -Educator or Diploma - Senior Educator, you'll work within a small team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN's high-quality educational program, which follows children's interests, creates a safe and trusting environment and works in partnership with families.

About the team
SDN Gold Creek, Nicholls is a modern, vast and purpose-built centre, conveniently located for families and educators within the Federation Square precinct.
We cater for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, offering a nurturing and welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing, learning, and development for over 98 children.
About the role
As an experienced Cert III -Educator or Diploma - Senior Educator, you will work alongside a team of early childhood professional educators
In this role, you will:
This is a Permanent - Full-Time Role
As an Experienced Cert III -Educator or Diploma -Senior Educator will be responsible in supporting daily routines in each room




Collaborate with children to follow their interests and create engaging learning experiences
Support children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs
Observe, document, and evaluate children's learning and development
Create environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitions
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture
Support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
About You
This opportunity is suited to experienced Early Childhood Educators holding a Certificate III qualification or Diploma qualified Senior Educators.
You will bring:
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant industry experience or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care
Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education and care setting across all age groups
Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
Working knowledge of the National Quality Standards
A genuine interest in diversity, inclusion, and inclusive practice
A valid Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid, CPR and Child Safety Training
Sound understanding of children's development, health, hygiene, and nutritional needs
Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.
