As a Games Master at Fox in a Box, you'll hold a pivotal role within our company,



serving as the 'Customer Ambassador' for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing an exceptional customer experience to all our clients
Captivating guests by providing an enthusiastic and detailed game experience
Checking and managing online booking systems, both portal and direct enquiries
Working as part of the team to ensure customers are guided through the experiences
Making sure that the games are ready to play, in good condition and report any problems
Monitoring games, completing reports and general cleaning duties

Personable with outstanding customer experience skills
Able to think on your feet and problem-solve
