the Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG)
Podiatry department, in collaboration with the Heart and Vascular
Research Institute (HVRI) and the University of Western Australia
(UWA)
Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Department (PMSD).
This is a fixed term part time appointment at 60.8 hours per
fortnight until 31st August **** with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.
What
is our Coordinator of Podiatry
(Research) role?
As the
Coordinator of Podiatry
(Research), you will be at the forefront of driving
the research agenda by strengthening a collaborative partnership
between the Heart and Vascular Research Institute (HVRI) based at
the QEII campus, Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at UWA, and the
SCGOPHCG Podiatry Department.
With a focus on diabetic foot disease
and related complications, you will be responsible for shaping our
strategic research vision, leading collaborative research
activities, supporting knowledge translation, facilitating
evidence-based practice, and implementing Quality Improvement
initiatives across both the Podiatry department and
inter-professional teams.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead and
coordinate research initiatives at SCGOPHCG in collaboration
with UWA PMSD and HVRI.
Mentor
and support Podiatry staff and students in research and
evidence-based practice.
Drive
inter-professional collaboration and innovation in patient
care.
Secure
and manage research grants and funding.
This role is
