About the role
:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Process Supervisor
to join our team at the
Karlawinda Gold Project
on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Process Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the processing operation, helping to drive plant performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and workforce development.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is committed to fostering a strong safety culture, delivering quality outcomes, and supporting the ongoing training and development of the processing team.
Working collaboratively with site leadership, you will help ensure the continued success and reliability of the plant.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor and support the Plant Operations team while promoting strong communication across Processing, Gold Room, Maintenance, Metallurgy and ROM.
Ensure the processing plant operates safely and efficiently to achieve gold recovery, throughput and utilisation targets.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve plant performance, efficiency and production outcomes.
Support operational planning, including budgets, forecasts and processing plans, while monitoring costs.
Maintain ROM stocks and coordinate crushing blending requirements.
Lead safety initiatives, fulfil statutory supervisor duties and ensure clear reporting and performance management across the team.
Qualifications & Experience




A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience within a mineral processing environment with a minimum of 4 years' experience at CIL/CIP gold processing plant.
Must Have Statutory Supervisors Certificate (S26)
Demonstrated experience leading plant operations and processing teams (3+ years).
With excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Current, unrestricted C-class drivers licence.
Exposure to plant commissioning (desirable).
Strong experience in improving production performance, plant utilisation, recovery and cost outcomes.
Well Developed written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise production reports.
Proven collaborative working with own teams and interrelated teams.
Above-average competency across spreadsheet, presentation, word-processing and database applications.
