The Role
To ensure the services of the Youth Early Psychosis fulfill the appropriate data collection requirements and demonstrate adherence to the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) model and Headspace National requirements.
Create and implement a transition plan for data management functions to be distributed across HYEP Teams, to be actioned and completed by the end of the contract.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position
· Maintain and update data entry activities to ensure ongoing capture of relevant data for reporting requirements.
· Provide and continue support to clinical teams in accessing relevant information via TABLEAU dashboards for quality improvement activities and establish processes for clinical teams to manage this independently




· Work with the headspace Early Psychosis Operations Manager and clinical staff to
address any non-compliance issues with HAPI and to ensure all data is entered efficiently and accurately and monitor accuracy through reconciliation processes with MMEX.
· Continue to ensure data is entered into HAPI which may involve collecting information from established medical records, clinical case notes and any other relevant activity data.
· Liaise and consult with data and systems officers across other sites and states to ensure consistency and a national approach.
Provide professional development to relevant staff on any new updates
· Provide day to day support for systems and reports including trouble shooting.
· Support staff to manage the processes above to ensure consistency and compliance
· Work closely with hNO and role in supporting HAPI data collection system and reporting requirements.
· Other duties as requested by Operations Manager, Early Psychosis.
The successful candidate will have
Essential:
• Experience with electronic medical records including data management is essential.
• Highly developed IT skills including the ability to implement registers, interpret data to create reports with narrative and format internal documents.
• Experience in system administration and sound experience in applying Information Technology Change Management practices and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake quantitative data analysis,



including data auditing and reconciliation processes.
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable
• An understanding of mental health services, accreditation and fidelity measures (especially the National Standards of Mental Health Services and the headspace Model Integrity Framework) is highly desirable
Requirements to Employment

• Current driver's license and own vehicle for work purposes
