Location: Burswood Peninsula, Perth
Contract: Permanent Part-time | 60 hours per fortnight

You'll manage a single-owner portfolio focused on seniors housing and a small commercial collection.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Property Manager who values professionalism, autonomy, and a supportive environment.
About the Role:
With the support of streamlined systems and our collaborative team, your focus will be on managing your portfolio with confidence and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
Building trusted relationships with tenants and the owner
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance
Protecting and strategically guiding landlord assets
Resolving conflicts calmly and professionally
Delivering service aligned with a premium brand
Working with our internal Inspections Manager and support team

What You'll Bring:
✔ WA Property Management Registration
✔ Minimum one year's experience in Property Management or Leasing
✔ Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
✔ Impeccably presented, calm under pressure, confident in managing high expectations
✔ Skilled in conflict resolution and explicit, professional communication
✔ Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
✔ Proficiency in cloud-based PM software (bonus points if it's Property Tree, IRE, Hubdash)
✔ A collaborative, driven team player focused on growth
✔ Driver's license (car provided during work hours)
