Senior Chef de Partie & Apprentice Chef
to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a designated section of the kitchen with confidence and consistency
Ensure all dishes are prepared to a high standard and in a timely manner
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
Train and support junior kitchen staff
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment




About You:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a quick-paced kitchen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for quality food and continuous improvement
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
