Sunlight Disability and Aged Care is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team in Perth, WA.
We're passionate about helping children, adults, and families—wherever support is needed.
Our services are delivered in the community, at our Belmont clinic, through telehealth, and with flexible hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities and Duties
As an Occupational Therapist with Sunlight Disability and Aged Care, you'll deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.
• Your responsibilities will span direct client work alongside core clinical duties—assessment, planning, documentation, teamwork, and ongoing development.
• Conduct occupational therapy Function assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver client-centred, evidence-based therapy to foster independence
• Support NDIS and Aged Care participants to boost participation and quality of life
• Prepare high-quality clinical documentation and reports for NDIS and aged care participants.
• Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, schools, and other professionals




• Manage your caseload with guidance from experienced clinical leaders and a national support team
What We're Looking For
• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience or a keen interest in NDIS, aged care, paediatrics, rehabilitation, or community health
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Current driver's licence
