Job description:
This is not just a counter sales job.
You will be a key part of a long-established BMW Motorcycle parts business, supporting trade customers and loyal BMW riders who rely on accurate advice and dependable support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Parts interpreting for BMW motorcycles
Online and telephone order processing
Front counter sales and customer service
Processing and dispatch of customer orders
Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
Motorcycle industry experience is desirable.
This role is suited to someone who has worked specifically in the motorcycle industry.
Previous Parts Interpreting experience
Strong knowledge of Motorcycles (highly regarded)
Confident computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Good customer service
High attention to detail.
Reliable and self-managed.
Highly Valued:
Previous experience working in a motorcycle workshop
Qualified mechanic wanting to move "off the tools"
Experience dealing with trade customers
Solid understanding of motorcycle parts systems and diagrams

Casual contract role (minimum 38 hours per week)
Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm (No weekend / public holiday work)
