This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist migration services to clients navigating Australia's immigration system.
As a Registered Migration Agent, you will provide professional migration advice, manage visa applications from consultation through to decision, and ensure compliance with Australian migration legislation.
This role is integral to delivering exceptional client outcomes and maintaining Visa Empire's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive migration advice on visa options, eligibility requirements and application strategies.
Prepare, review and lodge visa applications across various visa categories, including Student, Temporary Graduate (Subclass 485), Employer Sponsored, Skilled, Partner, Family, Business and Visitor visas.
Represent clients in dealings with the Department of Home Affairs and manage all related correspondence.
Conduct detailed case assessments and identify potential compliance issues.
Draft letters of advice, submissions and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate and compliant client files.
Keep up to date with changes to Australian migration legislation and policy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication.
Comply with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and OMARA requirements.
What We're Looking For




Current registration as a
Registered Migration Agent (OMARA)
.
Minimum 1 year of migration industry experience.
Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways.
Experience managing visa applications across multiple visa categories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files.
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
