Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting high-quality training design?
We are seeking a
Training Design and Quality Administration Officer
to join our dynamic Training Design and Governance Team in Belmont on a
permanent part-time basis (30 hours per week) on a 1 year fixed term contract.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training design activities.
From maintaining templates and tracking training requests to ensuring compliance with branding and accessibility standards, you'll play a key role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our training programs.
What you'll do:
Maintain and update training design templates and documents
Support instructional designers in course material updates and development
Ensure compliance with branding and accessibility requirements
Track and report on training design activities and requests
Assist in industry engagement activities and regulatory reporting
Provide technical troubleshooting for training materials
Administer LMS course creation, data entry, and user support
Streamline administrative processes for improved efficiency
What you will need:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced document editing skills
Customer service expertise
Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry (desirable)
