D'Andrea Architects is an established Adelaide-based architectural practice specialising in residential and commercial projects throughout South Australia.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team and play a key role in the design, documentation and delivery of a diverse range of projects.

About the Role
Working closely with the directors and project team, you will be involved across all stages of project delivery, including:
Design development and documentation
Preparation of planning and building approval documentation
Liaising with clients, consultants and local councils
Coordinating consultant information
Producing high-quality Revit based documentation
Contract administration and construction phase services (where applicable)
Delivering projects on time and to a high professional standard
About You
You are an experienced architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects and producing high-quality documentation.
You will bring:
Architectural qualification with several years' post-graduate experience




Strong experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects within South Australia
Excellent understanding of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and local planning requirements
Demonstrated experience with local council planning and development approvals
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for both modelling and documentation
Excellent design, documentation, detailing and coordination skills
Strong communication and client relationship abilities
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational and time-management skills
Registration as an Architect is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate
