What your role at Qube will look like:
Recruitment and employee onboarding administration
Assisting with transport and chain of responsibility compliance
Assigning site inductions to on-site personnel and contractors
Contractor management administration (maintaining insurance and compliance information)
Assistance with maintaining our internal safety and maintenance management systems (INX)
General assistance to the SHS Manager, including reporting, ordering of supplies and preparation of meetings
Assisting the SHS (safety, health & sustainability) department,



maintenance department and driver trainer with general tasks as required
