About the role
The People and Culture Officer is a key player in the toolbox of HR – being responsible for and assisting the Senior People and Culture Officer and the People and Culture Business Partner to deliver a range of Human Resource administrative and transactional services such as, pay and leave entitlements, recruitment assistance, onboarding, induction and terminations.
While previous experience in Human Resources would be beneficial, it's not required!
We want to hear from people who have relevant or transferable administrative experience.

About you
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
The ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
A professional, customer-focused approach and commitment to public sector values.
And if you have experience providing support in a human resource environment, with a working knowledge of consultancy,



training, process development and employment services – we would want to hear about that as well!
Location
This position is based at His Majesty's Theatre; however, the employee may be required to work from any of the Arts and Culture Trust metro sites as required.

Conditions
A current Satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 6 months) will be required prior to commencing employment.
