are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Program
Coordinator to assist in the successful development and
implementation of our Braking the Cycle program at our PCYC Nerang
location.
Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program
designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor
or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours.
The aim of
the program is to provide young people with increased employment
opportunities and driver education.

Your New
Role
Reporting to the
Program Manager, you will be responsible for building effective
networks and developing partnerships with community organisations
to ensure the continuity of the BTC program and to improve youth
development.
The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in daily
operational management of the Club and provides appropriate
referrals for program participants to relevant community
organisations.
About
You
Minimum Diploma
of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of
practice
Minimum 3
years' experience in social and community programs
Ability to
effectively supervise and develop staff and
volunteers
Demonstrated
experience working with people of all ages and physical
attributes
Hold a current
driver's licence
