Cardamom Cleaning Services
is growing our Northern Suburbs team, and we're looking for a minimum of 4 reliable cleaners based near Alkimos or nearby suburbs to join us.
This isn't just about filling shifts.
We're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, enjoy working with regular clients, and want consistent, ongoing work with a supportive team.
You'll work primarily with residential clients, with some commercial cleaning, during daytime hours.
What you'll get:
Upwards of $***** after training (Training with be Award Rate)
Approximately ***** hours per week
Daytime work between 6am and 4pm
Consistent weekly work

School-friendly daytime scheduling if required

What you'll do
You'll visit regular clients around the Northern Suburbs and provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning.
Your day may include general home cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and other cleaning tasks according to client requirements and our cleaning checklists.
You'll often work independently, so being organised, dependable and comfortable managing your time and your own equipment is important.
Who we're looking for
You don't need to be the perfect cleaner on day one.
Reliability, attitude and attention to detail are extremely significant to us, and we'll provide training and support.
To be considered, you'll need:
To be based in Alkimos or a nearby Northern Suburbs area
A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
Availability for at least 3 weekdays per week
Availability during our operating hours of 6am–4pm
Strong reliability and punctuality
Good attention to detail
Confidence working independently
Friendly and professional communication
Comfort working in homes with children, elderly clients and pets
Valid Australian working rights
Flexibility with reasonable scheduling changes when required
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an advantage, but we're also open to the right person who is reliable, motivated and willing to learn.
