We are currently seeking experienced
Civil All Round Operators
and
Trades Assistants (TA's)
to join a major renewable energy project for a
Tier 1 Mining Company
.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the construction of a large-scale solar installation in a FIFO environment with excellent camp conditions and competitive rates.

Civil All Round Operators
Responsibilities
Operating excavators and various small civil plant
Trenching, backfilling, and earthworks
Solar farm infrastructure and foundation works
Cable corridor construction
Plant pre-starts and routine maintenance inspections
Working safely and efficiently to project requirements
Required Experience
Proven experience operating:
Excavators
Skid Steers / Bobcats
Rollers
Water Carts
Other small civil and earthmoving equipment
Current White Card
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Trades Assistants (TA's)
Responsibilities
Assisting civil and construction crews on site
General labouring and site preparation
Manual handling and installation support
Tool management and housekeeping duties
Assisting operators and supervisors as required
Following site safety procedures and project standards
Required Experience
Previous experience in construction, mining, civil, solar, or industrial projects preferred
Current White Card
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Mandatory Requirements (All Applicants)
Current White Card
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
Ability to meet all site access requirements
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
Desirable
VOCs or nationally recognised plant tickets
Previous FIFO experience
Experience on mining, civil, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
Telehandler, Loader, Roller, or other mobile plant tickets
