About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our Leederville team on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract, working three days per week.
This role is central to supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing exceptional service to residents, families and staff.
You will work collaboratively with our leadership and clinical teams to maintain efficient workflows and uphold Rosewood's commitment to high‐quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front‐desk support, including greeting visitors and responding to enquiries
Maintain accurate resident and employee records
Assist with general administrative coordination
Support onboarding processes and compliance documentation
Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and document management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
About you:
Strong administrative experience, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
A warm, professional manner aligned with Rosewood's values
Essential:
Experience in aged care or a similar regulated environment
Knowledge of workforce management systems or resident management software
Desirable:
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced aged care setting
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach to daily tasks
Strong customer service capability, particularly in resident-facing environments
Mandatory Requirements:
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
