Our Operations Team is growing to support service, maintenance
and infrastructure delivery for the Town of Victoria Park into the
future.
This growth means the creation of new roles and a
continuing focus on working collaboratively to best serve our
vibrant inner-city community.
From Town assets maintenance, environment and parks, to
technical services, waste, major infrastructure delivery and
property development, we're looking for motivated individuals keen
to contribute to a multi-functional and team-oriented team
environment.
Through strong leadership, you will drive asset management
excellence and create meaningful outcomes for our community.
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and
experienced Coordinator Assets to join the Town on a permanent
full-time basis.

Your new role
As the Coordinator Assets you will coordinate and continuously
improve the Town's asset management framework, systems and
practices through the delivery of asset information management,
planning, analysis, governance and capability development
activities.
The role provides specialist asset management advice,
supports strategic decision-making, and promotes best-practice
asset management across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include
Coordinate and improve the Town's Asset Management
Framework, Strategy and Asset Management Plans.
Manage the quality, integrity and governance of asset
information and systems.
Analyse asset performance and lifecycle data to support
planning and investment decisions.
Prepare asset management reports, business cases and
recommendations.
Develop and maintain asset management policies, standards
and governance practices.
Provide asset management advice, training and support
across the organisation.
Coordinate asset governance, risk management and continuous
improvement initiatives.
Fostering a positive, safe and inclusive workplace culture
that supports employee wellbeing, collaboration and high
performance.
What you'll need to succeed
We welcome applications from individuals who can
demonstrate:
Experience in asset management, infrastructure planning,
engineering,
local government or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational
skills.
Experience working with asset management systems, asset
data and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet
deadlines.
A commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused
service delivery.
Sound judgement, accountability and attention to
detail.
