One is a leading WA-owned fit-out and refurbishment contractor, while the other is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse portfolio of projects.
Both businesses are known for their cooperative approach, strong client relationships, exceptional quality, and impressive pipeline of secured work.
Projects range from high end fit out's and refurbishments up to $10m and new builds including apartments up to $25m.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of commercial projects.

Site based role available with a support from a Contract Administrator.
Deliver projects from start to finish to a high standard.
Flexibility on offer.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar.
Demonstrated experience in project management on commercial building projects including new build, fit out & refurbishments.
Ideally main contractor side experience but also considering consultancy background.
Excellent time management.
Contract administration is highly desirable.
An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop strong relationships.
