About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Photocopier Technician
to join our Rotorua-based team.
This is a full-time position suited to someone with a minimum of
five years' experience
servicing photocopiers, ideally with experience on
Canon and/or Ricoh
devices.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Photocopier Technician, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer break-fix service calls.
Carrying out preventative maintenance.
Configuring, setting up and testing new equipment.
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs.
Refurbishing used equipment for resale.
Rebuilding components, including fusers.
Assisting with the installation of equipment.
What We're Looking For
You will have:
A minimum of five years' photocopier servicing experience.
Experience servicing Canon and/or Ricoh devices (highly desirable).
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A proactive and self-motivated approach.
The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Good IT knowledge (advantageous).




A positive, reliable attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Excellent written and spoken English.
An Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification, or be working towards obtaining it (desirable).
A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence.
