About the Role
As our Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of our clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the continued growth of the business.
You'll perform a diverse range of premium services including:
• Advanced skin treatments including Skin Needling, HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, LED Light Therapy and more.
• Cosmetic teeth whitening (training provided)
• Lash & Brow treatments
• Body Sculpting treatments including Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Fat Cavitation and EMS (training provided)
• Massage & Infrared Light Therapy
You'll also:
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and prescribe tailored treatment plans
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer care
• Lead by example in professionalism and client experience
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the clinic
• Maintain exceptional presentation and clinic standards
• Drive client retention, rebooking and retail sales




• Assist with social media content and marketing initiatives
Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 5 years' industry experience
• Experience performing advanced skin treatments including Skin Needling, HydraFacial and Chemical Peels
• Proficient in skin consultations, prescribing treatment plans, and product recommendations
• Strong product ingredient knowledge and home care recommendations
• Brow & Lash Services
• Confident using booking software, Microsoft Office and Canva
• Two professional references
