Site Supervisor / Product Installer – Roofing Division
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor / Product Installer to join our Roofing Division, supporting our busy Toowoomba region.
This is a unique hybrid opportunity that blends on-site product installation with site supervision responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working on the tools while also developing into a future Site Supervisor.
You'll work closely with local builders, internal teams, and the Regional Manager, playing a key role in delivering quality roofing solutions and supporting smooth project delivery across multiple residential sites.
This role suits someone who is proactive, safety conscious, and confident working in a fast-paced construction setting where priorities can shift day to day.
What you'll be doing
Installing roofing products on site in line with quality and compliance standards
Conducting basic roof and gutter measurements
Supporting site coordination and working alongside builders and internal teams
Assisting with site supervision activities under guidance of senior staff
Identifying and rectifying installation issues in a timely manner
Managing basic site documentation and reporting
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on project requirements
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Workplace Health & Safety standards




Supporting material deliveries and general site-related tasks as required
About you
You'll bring a strong work ethic, a practical mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow into a Site Supervisor role.
Essential
Experience in residential construction, roofing, or a related trade environment
Current Driver's Licence
White Card (General Construction Induction)
Ability to work in a hands-on, physical role on active construction sites
Strong communication and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
Highly desirable
Roof plumbing trade qualification
Experience with metal roofing, fascia, and gutter systems
Exposure to site supervision or coordinating works on site
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
