Senior Content Strategist

Clerk Grade 9/10 - $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and leave loading
About the role
Lead digital content strategy and governance to drive clear, user-focused content across all channels
Coach and support a team of content specialists to deliver consistent, high-quality web content
Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to improve workflows, lift metadata standards and boost user engagement
The Senior Content Strategist works closely with the Manager, Content Strategy and Operations in leading a team of digital content specialists to support the delivery of high-quality content for digital channels that drives customer engagement and influences positive customer behaviour.
The role supports the design and application of the department's content governance framework to ensure content is accurate and addresses clear user needs.
It assists with data interpretation to support the development of potential digital content that is consistent across all digital channels.

About you
Bring proven digital content strategy experience with strong user focus
Create persuasive content across multiple channels
Lead and develop content specialists to lift standards and capability
Influence senior stakeholders and drive best practice content governance
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's
Aboriginal Education Policy
and upholding the
Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG
and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role.
